Our System:
Collection Program
One solution for all your waste
Lombok’s first holistic waste collection system.
We partner with existing local waste collectors to deliver a two-stream system:
- Blue bin → Recycling
- Green bin → General waste
This ensures waste is properly separated at source, dramatically improving recycling outcomes while supporting local collectors.
How it works:
- Sign up (household, villa, or business)
- Receive your bins, ready to use
- Recycling collected by Honest Made
- General waste handled by trusted local partners
- One simple monthly payment
Street Sweeper
Cleaner streets, every week
Dust and debris are a constant issue across Kuta.
Our street sweeper is designed to improve cleanliness, air quality, and overall environment.
Operating schedule:
- 3 days per week
- 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Covering the Kuta area

River Barriers
Stopping waste before it reaches the ocean
Starting October 2026 (wet season), we will install Lombok’s first river barriers.
These systems intercept plastic and waste at the final point before entering the ocean.
Combined with our collection program, this creates a two-layer solution:
- Reduce waste at source
- Capture what escapes
We are currently seeking businesses and partners to sponsor river barriers.
Glass Recycling System
Turning waste into resource
Glass is one of Lombok’s most overlooked waste streams.
With little recycling infrastructure, it often ends up in landfill.
Our solution is simple and circular:
A glass crushing system (launching June 2026) that transforms waste glass into usable sand.
This material will be repurposed locally for:
- Concrete and construction
- Terrazzo and design applications
Closing the loop; on island.
