Home to more than five million people, Lombok generates 3,509 tonnes of waste daily, yet only 7% is recycled. Thousands of tonnes of plastic waste remain uncollected, polluting the island and its environment. Our factory starts a new chapter in this story. We hope to see a future where children aren’t raised around burning waste, where oceans are safe to swim in, and where the island’s growth doesn’t come at the cost of its environment.
