When will the project start?
The project is currently in development. We are working on securing sponsors, planning cleaning routes, and preparing operations before launch. The goal is to begin operating regular cleaning routes as soon as enough support has been gathered.
How will the street sweeper operate?
The planned operating schedule is:
- 3 days per week
- 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Covering selected areas in Kuta
Operating early in the morning helps minimize disruption to traffic, businesses, and daily activities.
Which areas will be covered?
The project will focus on the Kuta area in Lombok. Cleaning routes will be based on sponsor support, requested locations, traffic levels, dust accumulation, and overall environmental impact.
Can businesses request their street to be cleaned?
Yes. Businesses, hotels, restaurants, villas, and other organizations can request specific streets or areas to be included in the cleaning route. Locations that receive sponsorship or cleaning support will be prioritized within the operational schedule.
How does sponsorship work?
Companies can financially sponsor the street sweeper project to support cleaner streets in Kuta. Sponsors help cover operational costs such as fuel, maintenance, staffing, and equipment. Depending on the level of support, sponsors may also have their street or area included in the cleaning route and may be recognized as supporting partners of the initiative.
