Waste Collection Programme T&Cs

Welcome to Honest Made. By activating a subscription or purchasing equipment from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Honest Service Model & Local Partnerships

  • Our Role: Honest Made provides account management, bins for separation, and dedicated recyclable material collection and processing services.

 

  • Local Operations Partnership: General waste collection is executed in direct partnership with local service providers and existing regional waste networks.

2. Subscription, Automated Billing & Cancellation

  • Xendit Recurring Payments: Service plans are structured as recurring monthly subscriptions. By signing up, the Customer authorizes Honest Made to automatically charge their saved payment method (Credit/Debit Card or E-Wallet) via Xendit every month on the anniversary of their signup date.

 

  • Price Changes: Honest Made reserves the right to adjust monthly service fees with a minimum of 30 days' written notice via WhatsApp or Email.

 

  • Cancellation Policy: Because Lombok caters to seasonal and transient businesses and residents, subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the Customer must submit a written cancellation request via WhatsApp or Email at least 14 days prior to their next scheduled billing date.

3. Equipment Ownership & Care (The Bins)

  • Ownership: All bins delivered to the Customer remain the sole physical property of the customer.

 

  • Loss and Damage: The Customer is responsible for keeping the bins secure inside their property lines outside of designated collection windows. Honest Made is not responsible for any bin that is lost, stolen, or broken due to negligence.

4. Clean Recycling Standards (Contamination Policy)

  • The Blue Bin: The Blue Bin is strictly reserved for clean, dry recyclables, including cardboard, paper, rigid plastics, glass bottles, and aluminum or tin cans.

 

  • The Green Bin Rule: Food waste, organic waste, wet garbage, and non-recyclable materials must be placed exclusively in the Green Bin for general waste collection.

 

  • Contamination Right of Refusal: If our collection team finds hazardous materials, heavy liquids, or organic food waste contaminating the Blue Recycling Bin, we reserve the right to skip collection for that day to protect our processing facility. Repeated willful contamination may result in a formal warning, a sorting fee penalty, or service suspension.

5. Collection Protocols & Liability Waiver

  • Limitation of Liability: While our partners take the utmost care when handling collections, Honest Made holds zero liability for structural or physical property damage (such as cracked driveways, gates, or low overhanging structures) caused by third-party local collection trucks.
