Tracking Our Impact
Every piece of plastic we collect is logged and verified using 'Inclusiv', a blockchain-based system built for environmental traceability. It records each step, from collection in the field to recycling or remanufacture, creating a transparent record. This process gives businesses, partners and communities access to certified data: how much plastic has been recovered, where it’s gone, and what impact that’s had, including avoided CO₂ emissions.
PROCESSING
A closed loop solution, all under one roof
Our South Lombok facility handles every step of plastic processing in one place. We sort materials by type and quality, then wash, shred, and dry them into clean, reusable feedstock. Plastics are then batched and prepared for manufacturing. This closed-loop system can process up to 100 tonnes of plastic per year, creating a consistent, local supply of high-value recycled material.
Sorted by Type & Color
We start by carefully sorting the collected plastics by material (HDPE, LDPE, PP, etc.) and colour.
Washed & Cleaned
Sorted plastics are washed to remove labels, dirt, and dust, ensuring clean material for production.
Shredded into Flakes
Clean plastic is shredded into small, uniform flakes, the raw form we use for production.
Pressed into Sheets
We melt and compress the flakes into solid plastic sheets, ready to be shaped into new products.
Cut into Parts
The sheets are measured and cut into parts using precise tools and templates, ready for final assembly.
Hand Assembled
Finally, we hand-assemble every product to maintain quality and make the most of every recycled sheet.
